National Sales Manager at Beebeejump International Limited

Job Responsibilities

Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.
Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
Liaise with the Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferably a Master's degree).
Postgraduate degree in Sales, Finance, or similar is also acceptable.
A good knowledge base of the country / region, and a willingness to learn.
The ability to provide excellent customer service.
Good people-management skills.
Experience living abroad is advantageous.
Sensitivity to different cultural norms.
10 - 15 years Experience.


N500,000 - N800,000 monthly.
