Head, Operations at First Excelsia
Our client, a fast-growing Finance House is seeking to fill the role of Head, Operations.
The primary activities of the role will entail collaboration with other executive management to develop business and operational strategies, drive and coordinate daily operational activities. The ideal role holder will provide advice to senior management on administrative and procedural matters such as process operations, staff management, financial planning, and facilities management.
Overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities
Design and development of operational policies in line with the business’ strategies and regulatory stipulations
Responsible for ensuring that employees conform to the firm’s policies and procedures from an operations and service perspective
Overseeing and coordinating customer service and customer experience management
Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws
Manage contracts and relationships with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
Facilitation of the strategic drive for teams to form partnerships and new initiatives
Facilitation of internal and external communication
Facilitating collaboration with risk officers in ensuring compliance standards are upheld, risk evaluation and quality assurance
Responsible for facility management, oversees procurement and logistics
Mentor and motivate team members to achieve productivity and engagement
Oversees expense management, including budget tracking, headcount ratios, travel, expense reports, and other kinds of expenses pertaining to the organisation, with a focus on adherence to firm policies and effective cost management.
Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years spent as Head of Operations in a Finance Company/Financial Services Sector
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines from any recognised institution
An MBA will be an added advantage
